Arugula Tuscan – typical Mediterranean arugula, a small plant with a mild taste. Lettuce Barba Dei Frati – green oak lettuce, not bitter. Lettuce Rossa Riccolina Da Taglio – red lettuce with trimmed, ruffled leaves. Leaf cabbage Nero Di Toscana – wrinkled dark green (almost black) leaves. The mix can be cut altogether as baby lettuce above the growth point (after which the plants will grow again) or harvest from each variety single as lettuce.
