DAYS TO GERMINATION:10-12 days at 65-70°F (18-21°C)

SOWING: Transplant (recommended) – Sow seeds 4-6 weeks before the last frost. Barely cover seeds as light aids germination. Transplant to cell packs or larger containers when the first true leaves appear. In the greenhouse, grow transplants at 50-55°F (10-13°C) to keep the plants from stretching. Harden off and transplant outside after the last frost. Direct seed – After the last frost date. Successive plantings every 2-3 weeks until midsummer give the best quality flowers and pods. May require support.

LIGHT PREFERENCE: Sun to partial shade

PLANT HEIGHT: 30-60 cm

PLANT SPACING: 20-35 cm apart

Sow 1/3 package in fall, barely covering the seeds.

Sow 1/3 package 4-6 weeks before last frost date in Spring. Transplant to larger cell packs or containers when first true leaves appear. Harden off before sowing in garden or containers after the last frost date in spring.
